WBP has an in-depth understanding of the unique requirements of athletes - their physical, psychological and social needs and can help to ensure an athlete's holistic wellbeing.
Improved wellbeing can positively impact peak performance. All elite athletes benefit from coaching beyond their technical sport skills. This enables athletes to flourish and fulfil their maximum potential in life.
WBP works with athletes of all sporting backgrounds; however, we have a particular affinity for and knowledge of the unique needs of combat athletes. These amazing athletes have particular physical and mental needs that require an in-depth understanding by the coaches they surround themselves with. If you compete in a ring or on a mat and are looking for support outside your technical needs, we can work with you and your other coaches to optimise your performance.
UNLIMITING POTENTIAL
Too much or too little self-belief can overwrite all the blood, sweat and tears shed in training.
WBP will help you learn where your self-belief comes from, why it is the way it is, and what you can do to modify it should you want to. Managing your beliefs can significantly impact your sports performance and help you realise your potential.
WELLBEING
Each of the three pillars - physical, mental and social - have multiple evidence-based focus areas, chosen to support the holistic needs of athletes outside their sports training.
Wellbeing plans are individualised based on the needs of each athlete. Athletes undertaking the WBP program will see tangible improvements in their personal and sporting performance.
